Founder Tittle Bug?

Hello Guys,I bought at the beginning of pl game, however, never bothered to look forum, but lately started using and realized I had no badge founder despite being, I'm not symbol founder, I wonder if and bug, or if there is a method to activate, I still have payment vouchers in the mail, in the period q received the founder status with date and everything.

Log in there and submit a request. Describe your issue, upload your evidence as attachments at the bottom of the ticket and then submit the ticket. It will take some time for support to get back to you.

Maybe you could try contacting support with screenshot proof as well as your payment method and anything else they may need?

Are you logged into the correct account on the forums? could you be logged into your alt account (if you have one)?

 

Do you have Excal Prime, Skana Prime and/or Lato Prime in game? That would be the fastest way to check whether you've got founders or not.

 

If you have founders in game and this is the correct account, then contact support with proof of purchase.

The Founders program ended on November 1st, 2013. Your account was created December 21, 2013. Unless you're on the wrong account you couldn't be a founder.

That post was for the initial planned end March 16, 2013. It was extended until November 1, 2013. Either way, your account was created in December of 2013. If you really think you should have it, drop a support ticket in, but it seems sketchy from this end.

Also just checked your forum profile, while it can be incorrect, it shows you joined after Founders ended. Unless this is an alt account, you won't get founders as you joined after it ended.

That's not always the case, my account is over two years old and my forum join date doesn't match up with it.

I would just like to point out that the date for joining on the forums is not the actual age of the account. Unless they started using forums the day they started you cannot use it to date an account.

True, I'm just finding it strange that if he has founders on this account (if its not an alt), that it didn't display, since everyone who I've talked too said they got the changes on their forum account either straight after the purchase or within a couple of days. Might be helpful for people that aren't too sure about this, is for him to post a screenshot of his founders stuff.

Some proof of purchase would be nice.

Not to say we don't believe you but proof does go a long way and keeps the confusion clear that you actually did buy it.

The join date on forums is just the date he joined Forums, not the date he started playing.
