Jet Stream Speed Boost Strength Increase?

Can someone tell me how Power Strength affects Jet Stream's 40% movement speed bonus?

Like, if I put on Intensify will the boost be 70% or 52%? Also, does it increase base or total movement speed?

Using 202% power strength, I'd assume it is multiplicative (+ Intensify = 52%).

 

I'd also say it affects total movement speed (not including Syndicate proc buffs.)

Let's say you have 200% Str(base+another 100% whatever you have)

So, you will get 80% speed bonus

Assume that Zephyr have 1.00 sprint speed, with that she'll get 1.80 sprint speed

Yeah, I ran some testing (literally) and came to the same conclusion.

Reason I'm asking is I was wondering if using Armored Agility instead of Intensify would give me much less movement speed, but it stayed pretty much the same.

 

The build I was using had 175% strength as well as Rush, so that should give me 2.6075 movement speed (Her base is 1.15).

With Armored Agility replacing Intensify, I should have 2.4215 movement speed, which is barely a noticeable difference, but speeds me up A LOT when I'm not actually using Turbulence.

 

Can't wait for Stamina to get removed. Then I can take off my Quick Rest and get 2.9225 movement speed.
