All of us know the old one.He is Talking about the Updated one.In one of the Devstreams,Rebecca mentioned that she will give us an updated FAQ about Excalibur umbra.

I think it was something to do with 30 days of the release of the content from china would and have to come to this warframe but no date

China warframe has just been Live released last friday. I think we will have to wait till the exclusives' sale item expire there before anything happens.

We are still waiting on a full (written) official statement, not demanding we immediately get access to their timed exclusives.
