why would anyone play mesa on draco anyway, frame kills eat up the exp your weapon was going to get, if you're killing with peacemaker as a mesa to level weapons you're doing it wrong because that's not how the exp system works at all.

 

when you kill with a power, 100% of the exp goes to the frame

 

when you kill with a weapon, 75% of the exp is divided between your weapons, and 25% goes to the frame.

 

Anyone who says they were getting good exp as the mesa in that situation is lying, because the exp they were getting was trickle exp from their teammates while everyone else was getting the lions share from their power kills.

I used mesa on draco for standing, 1 decent 4 wave run and maced standing :) now that i have all weapons and mods from the three syndicates im at max lvl with i shan't bother again :)
