Eldnacpeek
...is not a story mode in Minecraft...it is an entirely separate game made by Telltale Games. http://store.steampowered.com/app/376870/ https://www.telltalegames.com/minecraftstorymode/ You are reading this correctly, folks. In case you didn't know, this was revealed at Minecon 2015 (because for some reason, Minecon is still a thing). Releases in 4 days. Flamingfighter
I'm not sure exactly what they're thinking. Telltale's popularity has been diminishing, but now they're trying to make a story for a game that is meant to be pretty much entirely open-ended/story-free. izzatuw
Arguably you could just buy an actual MC account and wait for someone to recreate the story.
Eldnacpeek
Arguably you could just buy an actual MC account and wait for someone to recreate the story. This game is cheaper than MC itself though.
NyxCrab
This game is cheaper than MC itself though. You'd probably get a lot more mileage buying Minecraft and playing that instead of waiting for some interactive movie under the minecraft license to come out. Very true. The former offers a lot more player driven content and freedom than some poor attempt of making such a game an RPG.
