Can't Deploy Extractor On Earth After Update 18

I've had my extractor deployed in earth for about 2 months now since the last update I can't use the extractor on it anymore, I have all nodes completed other then the bazaar of course and it just won't let me deploy the extractor even after completing every single node individually again. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

Complete the second dream, than you will find out why you can't do this.

This. Gotta finish the new nodes before you can redeploy extractors.

They should fix this for the new players that won't be able to do the Second Dream for a while. it seems unreasonable that they'll get penalized because of nodes they can't do.

Nope, I've done all new missions twice and it didn't unlock them. We can't deploy extractors on Earth any longer.

That should've been fixed in the latest hotfix, if it's still not working then this is an issue.

I didn't notice the Hotfix, my bad, maybe it works now but I have no reason to go back to those missions.

There are spoilers for why I cannot tell you the precise reason you cannot deploy, but there's more nodes than you can see right now. Do the Second Dream quest, then go back to Earth

Thanks guys after completing the new quest (second dream) I was able to deploy the extractor

Do you have the alerts tab open when you click on Earth?

If so, close it, then click on Earth then try clicking on it (and avoid clicking on Law of Retribution if you have the key to it).
