Argon Crystals

So what is the deal with the Argon crystals? I have completed now about 10 Void missions, but I haven't gotten single one? Should they drop from the enemies or come from the containers or as a reward for completing the mission? Some enlightenment for this would be appreciated. Thanks!

They drop from enemies, but usually only when you aren't looking for them.  Try a defense of survival.  Defenses are nice because it forces the group and loot to stay together.

For Argon crystals only T3 and T4, lower tower are pain to get some of it

T3S is where I get mine from. Almost always pull at least 3-5 in less than 20 minutes.

The tower doesn't matter.  Argon is a resource drop like any other, so its all about quantity.  It doesn't matter if its a level 10 in T1 or a level 100 in T4, a mob will either roll the argon drop or it won't.

 

Survival is the best option, for no other reason than you likely have a Nekros in the party to increase life support.  Well he increases other drops too.

 

Containers are a viable source if you are running non-endless missions and only need 1 or 2.  But again its a numbers game, plan to open every locker and smash every container.

I ran multiple T1 and T2 survivals to 40 mins and got nothing.

 

But it is a reward for T3 Sabotage. I usually find one or two while searching for the caches and then getting one as a rewards from a cache.
