This was harder to navigate when parkour 2.0 was not yet implemented. Now you can just glide. You just need to be fast to be able to open all the rooms.

well but i cant push any plates anymore, so i have just 1 try?

well i found 2 plates

1 removed the bridge *oops*

1 gave me back the bridge

but they only work once....

is there another plate for the door?

The doors close on a timer.  You need to step on plate #1 to open the door then get to plate #2 quickly enough to still have time to go through all the doors before they close.

Honestly its really very easy now with parkour 2.0, although it was never that hard once you figured it out.  This room is a very good source of random void container mods.

No.

The door is opened by one of the early pressure plates, and closes slowly. If you get into the room before all three doors fully close, they open up, and the room can then be looted fully.

The puzzle is a timed parkour challenge, the trick is to complete it quickly.

what warframe can climb walls like him? :D

That video is old. Very old.

That was parkour1.0, which is much slower than what we have now. Just follow the same route through the puzzle, stepping on the pressure plates, and it should be fine.

Also, the player was using Saryn, a slow frame.
