Concerning The Fomorian Threat

  I had an Omega Isotope left over from the last Fomorian threat, so I thought I'd run out and farm a few more to build some Fomorian Disruptors and try the new mission a few times. Nope. No such luck. After a few tries, I got none...nada....zero Isotopes. I have a question for my fellow Tenno. Where the H - E - DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS do you find them? i thought they were supposed to drop in missions where the Fomorions were attacking.

You thought right, same planet. It drops from enemies. I get around 7 isotopes per 10 Sechura waves, without using Nekros/Hydroid to farm.

Infested Excavation (20 digs) with a Nekros around yielded about 40.

Pluto Hieracon, with Nekros, 57 isotopes from 30 digsites (3000 cryotic)

 

You might get more if you only run say 16 digsites just because you cant kill enemies that fast anymore.

I got about 40 isotopes from a 20 minute survival solo on Pluto.

well, tried a couple more times and nothing. maybe it's not meant to be ran solo. hanging it up for the night,

I ran Sechura on Pluto with some people as Nekros, 10 waves should get enough for at least two keys.
