Mission Failed On Downed State?

do we get mission failed on downed state or do we get it when we can't reach exit in time?

 

here is the thing: I'm at exit, saw trinity got shot down. trying to save our trin when she's downed on extraction countdown, both of us got shut down eventually then the mission failed.

 

it would be GREATLY appreciated if someone*/DE who knows how this works can explained in detail

 

it just enrages me that DE is promoting selfish play style. fair enough I will just stay at exit and watch ppl die.

 

and yes this is not the first time I post topics regarding such issue.

 

excavation was the mission I played, I still got 4 revives left.

Excavation fail at downed? sounds more like a bug.

Are you sure that you both had revives remaining? You may have run out. That's the only situation that would happen in.

Are you playing solo and then using all of your revives, then insta failing when dying for the 4th time?  

 

What exactly is happening?

Since when does ANY game encourage players to enter a suicide situation, because that is what that sounds like.

Theres a controls "bug"

If you are the host and happens that you ve been shoot down while trying to revive someone you are pressing the same button that makes you quit, game takes the command and.. Mission failed

DE_Drew already said they are going to fix it to the old commands
