Thressalem_Effect Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 (edited) As the title says, this isn't allowing me to play, and it has been like that since U18.4.1. When I start the launcher, it takes a long time checking for updates, then it changes to "downloading updates" but it gets stuck right when it starts, and after a while it shows the error message that the update failed "ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT". I'm pretty sure the problem is not my connection, this has to be server-related, as i'm not the only one with this kind of problem. Thank you. Ive tried everything from turning off firewalls to changing/forwarding ports etc. I'm not new to playing games on both sides of the spectrum.. But holy S#&$ I'm running out of ideas fast! chofranc Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 I have this problem too, you can acces correctly to the warframe main page if you change your router DNS, i changed to google public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and now the page show up correctly but now im getting the game still cant update.
