Destreza Build?

I just downloaded the update and plan on buying the sword and the stance today. 

 

What is a good build for it? Primed mods and forma arent a problem just the new event mods are sense i am on console.

No need for event mods. If you don't like/use Life Strike replace it with something else.

 

Body Count is a nice subsistute.

i think you can get away with taking out the true steel and leave blood rush and slot body count in. blood rush stacks with each subsequent tier of combo meter so it should be plenty without true steel

If you have an extra slot until Shadow Debt launches, I'd advise considering Spoiled Strike; the weapon is plenty fast even with it.

You can find non-crit build everywhere, but when you get the new shadow debt event mods, here is my crit build:

 

Pressure Point

Shocking Touch

Fever Strile

Life Strike 0 rank

Organ Shatter

True Steel

Blood Rush

Body Count

 

You can enjoy yellow crits after striking down 5 enemies (when the stance shows 1.5x) and the red crits starts coming in around 10-15 enemies. I think my best record is chained up to 230+ enemies. BTW, this work so good that when guns started to fall off, you still kill enemies with 1-2 stabs.

Destreza is a single enemy shredder, body count is generally not needed for usual melee use unless you're doing a melee only run.

 

It works decent even without event mods.

Lvl 100 Corrupted Ancient melts instantly
Lvl 100 Corrupted Gunner took 4-5 secs
Lvl 100 Bombard took 8 secs (unless you switch the element with rads)

 

Crit is the key.

Berserker will handle your speed, even with spoiled strike.

20% base crit already benefited from standard rapier moveset, moreso with Vulpine Mask.

 

Event mods:
Once you forma it once, switch true steel with blood rush.

There's no point having both true steel and blood rush for Destreza.

*It has red crit potential with specific melee builds. But, usually we have 25% crit melee for that.

In my opinion you should either go all out crit build on it, or forget the crit, get Fury, Berserker, maximum damage you can fit in and always go for a finisher combo.
