RagingGrizzly
Sad, i want to use skana's too they really need to buff as they are suppose to be iconic Well, the Skana is one of the starter melees, and the Prisma variant can crit quite often so Blood Rush is something you could try. :P
PrVonTuckIII
Sad, i want to use skana's too they really need to buff as they are suppose to be iconic Well the normal Skana is just fine. I can take that sucker to T4 and be ok with my build.

PrVonTuckIII
I should test it on a lvl 105 Heavy Gunner... I'll go do that now... I don't think it'll do too well. I mean, even with the best possible build, like, with Bright Purity and whatnot, it probably won't be doing that well.

RagingGrizzly
I HAVE DONE IT!!!! Took me about 30 seconds or something, wasn't counting but it was hella fast. Pretty easy actually, but in situations where they can get to that level and there's more than just one... you'll be screwed unless you got a good team to back you up. Fate0
All the melee swords as a whole need to be re-balanced, too many that are just there for mastery level. I'd like my skana prime to be decent but eh thats just me.

Arenzo4
Is it because of its lower damage? Or because of the whole "Dual Swords" thing? Perhaps both, but I still like it! :P its because dual swords that are status instead of crit based Ichors, zorens, kamas prime and prisma dual cleavers are all fine, because they are crit based Edited February 3, 2016 by Arenzo4

Arenzo4
Well, there's gotta be something for everything. well yea, but non crit melees need quite a bit higher base damage to compete with crit melees
RagingGrizzly
well yea, but non crit melees need quite a bit higher base damage to compete with crit melees The way I think of it, that the mega status of viral or corrosive would be a good trade-off to the whole "Not being able to crit" thing. Vulpei
Not really, crap weapons will still be crap weapons. You could pretty much instantly tell how good a weapon will be just on it's base stats and sadly, mods won't change that.

But I like the Basolks more now. :P
[DE]Momaw
those mods barely do anything to dent the current balance, because all mods act as MULTIPLIERS low base stats will always equal a bad weapon, some weapons just barely crawled out of the trash but still cant see the light of actually good weapons This. Bad weapons are "better" but still fundamentally worse when compared to good weapons, and good weapons got stronger by the same amount. For every person trying to make their Twin Basolk work or make their Braton Prime into a sniper rifle, there's twenty more doing 100K damage per shot with a Tonkor and wondering why Warframe is so easy.
