TA stage 3 new enemy............or not? Codex question.

I completed stage 3 of the new tactical alert and apparently the boss had its own codex entry since my Helios scanned it and showed it as orange.

It looked like a Hulk-Manic, but its name is just Grineer Manic and I can't find him anywhere in the codex.

Anyone was able to scan him and then find him in the codex? I suppose the same enemy spawns a lot on stage 4, but the scanner was showing it as green.

Well, I noticed that the Manics in Stage 4 carry Machetes, although I honestly didn't notice if this one did. That would sorta make it a new enemy. I can't find him in the Codex either, so it's possible he's just scanned for Affinity or his entry hasn't been added yet.

But yeah, it was the same situation for me. Helios scanned the one in stage 3 but not the ones in stage 4.

The Grineer Manics in stage 3 are the same as the ones in stage 4, no Codex entires yet. 
The Baliff Eximus does count as the ones in the Codex, even though they wield Machetes instead of the Jat Kittag.

If you have the 'base' Manics scanned, and the new unit's orange, it's a separate unit with a separate codex entry - whether or not it actually has one (right now).
