OK.    And what about the PC Tenno?  Is there a prerequisite quest that needs to be done for Tenno to get this mailing in their inbox?   If so:  Why and What needs to be done?

I play the game for 4 days and i didnt get the gifts yet . im a lv 5 volt i play on pc .What should i do? those items can help me a lot. PLease help me . I check my comunication-inbox everytime and its empty....

File a support ticket, then wait a few days for DE to get back to you. Best I can recommend.

Hmmm, wouldn't imagine DE putting an MR lock on this. As the guy above said go to support and wait as long as it takes for them to get back to you, all you can do. They take forever to get to you sometimes since they're always swamped with tons of tickets, but I've never once had them not solve a problem.

Logged in to my alt account, "AnotherKam", MR2, got the gifts.

Logged into the account I created for my friend, that account is MR0 - he got the gifts.

AnotherKam got a 75% discount.  I can't use it, sadface.

There's a thread saying you have to complete vor's prize or whatever the tutorial quest is called before being able to recieve the gifts

I tested, my alt got them after completing vors prize, starting once awake, and doing the first two missions. Try that!

My alt got them instantly after completing vor's prize. My mag was lv 7/8 at that time so I'm guessing you still have to complete the quest missions.
