I've accidentaly activated during a survival but still now I don't get what it is with this operator and its lens and so on.

Can someone clarify me in detailed as it can be possible!

Thank you!

The answer to what the operator is, can be found in the second dream quest.

However if you're asking what that angry child/hormonal teenager/depressed college student not getting along with roommates that sounds like a rabid giraffe is, that comes out from a focus ability (regarding the lenses),

You stick a lens from a tree, each one specializing in something and gain affinity that you can put towards skills. When you press 5, your warframe will sit down and release an angry child into the battlefield in a sort of blood thirsty rampage in which depending on the focus path you choose, he/she will do various things and provide certain passives depending on what you've unlocked. Could be a laser beam, some pocket cc, healing/reviving,(actives) some energy restore passive, invisibility, ips increases(passives), just some examples.

Operators are the children behind the scenes, controlling the Warframes subconsciously from the "safety" of their Orbiter compartments.

They can be summoned during missions to assist their Warframe during combat, activating unique abilities depending on their "Way" and passives that grant a mission long boost to some degree. (Energy Regen, Extra Damage, Invisibility on Critical Hits, Extra Armor, and so on)

:)

Not a lot to the at the moment though, they will be getting changed quite a bit in the future I can imagine. (Further customization, personality types, better dialogue... xD and much more)

I got carried away and started typing out lore. Ignore that and scroll to the bottom if you dont want to read through fluff.

The Operator is the Tenno. They are the children from the original Zariman Ten-Zero colony ship that made the jump to the Tau System (presumably to colonize it). Something went wrong and later the ship was found drifting in space with only the children left on board. But the children had changed. Void energy coursed through their bodies, lashing out at even those who tried to help them. The Orokin covered up this incident, denying the existence of these children and thus put them away.

Later the Orokin empire began to crumble. The Technocyte infestation, an Orokin bioweapon began to go rampant. The Grineer, a slave caste started grumbling and showing signs of restless rebellion. To make things worse, the Sentients, originally sentient machines sent to prepare the Tau system for colonization, arrived in the Origin System and began to conquer their former masters. The Orokin needed a weapon and turned to creating Warframes.

Unfortunately, the warframes were uncontrollable. Some went berserk, killing all in their path. It was not until a chance occurance where a rouge warframe suddenly stopped its rampage when confronted with the room where the children of the Zariman were kept, forgotten.

And so the Orokin bound the children to the warframes. They created Transferance, a way to insert the conciousness of the children inside a surrogate body: the warframe. That body was strong, able to withstand the incredible void energy that would have otherwise ripped the children apart. Thus the first Tenno were born. Their first task was to drive off the Sentients from the Origin System.

It is debated how successful the Tenno were. Many fell trying to push them back. In the fight the children forgot they were children. So adept and skilled they were with gun and blade they created great schools of Tenno to teach themselves in their ways. Madurai, Naramon, Unairu; all these schools embodied the Tenno in different aspects and they used those teachings as they fought against the Sentients. It was a hard war. But in they end the Tenno returned victorious. Clad in shining gold they returned to the Orokin. But they had all be deceived. For the Sentient Natah had made a connection with the Tenno and corrupted them. When they returned to thier former master, they did no return to be celebrated, but to slaughter.

Orokin blood flowed freely across the Origin system. Some fled, taking on the word for family "Corpus" as their. They would forever know the Tenno as, The Betrayers. Others fell in with the grineer who continued to clone themselves, multiplying across the system while at the same time hoping to cure their short lifespan. At the same time the Infestation was reduced to small pockets in the system, still thriving, but reduced from the great plague it once was. The age of the Orokin, was no more.

With that done, Natah was ordered to destroy the final legacy of the Orokin, the Tenno. The children of the Zariman were to be destroyed by the very thing they were once fighting against. But she stopped. She had been made barren by the transit through the void from the Tau system to Origin and she desired children of her own. So Natah turned her powers toward the heavens and sundered the sky, thrusting Earth's very moon away in the chaos of the Void, sealing away our true forms. As for our warframe selves, we were placed in pods. We'd sleep and dream, not of who we are but what we wanted to be.

If you didnt read that: Operators are the children of the Zariman colony ship who got zapped with void energy, mind jacked into surrogate bodies and put into war. The Focus schools are like ways of thought (kinda like martial arts schools) that the Tenno created during the Old War. Right now we can't really do much with the Operator other than use them as a terminal to edit our focus school. We access that using Focus lenses (dropped from sorties) installed in rank 30 equipment. These convert affinity points into focus points that we can allocate to our chosen focus school.

Just on a sidenote

Ever wondered how we age? The body has a recycling process that replaces evry cell at least once evry couple years. The body goes trough constant change while growing up and makes a big jump in puberty and continues recycling 100% untill you reach the age of 25. You mature untill 25 and age as you loose the ability to fully regenrate.

Now, no matter if the opperator is probably along the lines of beein immortal, preserved or what not, he/she would still age till 25.

This whole "children of lotus", emo punk teenager thing is just silly...
