If we're talking lowest possible max health, that'd be Loki.

Loki has 75 health base at rank 0. If he equips an Arcane Swindle helmet, his health is reduced to 71.25.

If he then equips a Bleeding Dragon Key, his health will be 17.8125.

If Loki is placed in Fire modifier Sortie mission, this health can be halved to 8.9065 (can't actually apply unless you somehow glitch an unranked frame into a Sortie mission).

If Loki is then afflicted with a Viral proc, his health will be 4.453125.

If you pick up the artifact from a derelict vault, you could potentially get 2.2265625. (Thanks for the correction, taiiat)

Unfortunately, this has never actually happened, as Sortie missions never take place in the derelict. A future event/quest may place a Fire modifier in the derelict, though, so it's not entirely impossible.

Not quite 2, but it's close.

when picking up the artifact in a Derelict Vault, you could potentially get the half Health from the Dragon Key again!
so we can sillycraft that to 2.2265625.

If u stay with 2HP thanks to Quick Thinking and after that u get Bleeding effect from Derelict Vault, will be halved to 1HP or it will affect your energy?
