Dreads crit chance

someone i play with says they tested the dreads damage and that it caps out using point strike to 125%, and adding any more doesnt increase the %chance of red crits, is this true?

False.  More crit chance above 100% translates to red crit chance.

They're mistaken. It is even possible to achieve over 200% critical chance making Dread always do red criticals.

Point Strike on Dread is confirmed to bring the crit chance to near or exactly 125% crit chance.

there is no feasible cap on Crit Chance - every 100% added on will make the Weapon Crit to a higher level. the basic Crit being what's expected, and every level after that being a Chance to Red Crit.
so 100% is Crit, 200% is Red Crit, 300% is double Red Crit, Et Cetera.

Excuse me but, can you show proof that it counts above 200%?
