The “quiver” concept is one similar to Ivara’s Quiver ability where she may use multiple tools available to her.

It would be interesting if this quiver concept could be applicable to curtain warframes abilities.

Before, I made a concept that would give warframes more powers to switch between their original ones. The concept was to give the warframe an Idea on just how creative they can be with their abilities.

now, i believe that the concept similar to Ivara's Quiver ability could be available to all warframe abilities.

how you use these abilities would be the same as you use Ivara's Quiver. however, unlike Ivara's vast choices of tools, each alternate ability will be as close to the warframes characteristics as possible.

Example: Excalibur’s radial Javelin.

The Radial javelin places massive puncture damage to the enemy, and even more so to enemies with puncture based weaknesses. What if Excalibur were to be more creative with this ability?

The concept is to not be too difficult and place quiver-like choices to one ability of each warframe; particular powers of each warframe that has the potential of evolving and capable of sharing stats.

Excalibur’s radial abilities.

Radial slash

Excalibur summons his exalted blade for a brief moment, slashing in multiple directions around him in a short distance.

Radial impact

Excalibur strikes the ground, giving impact damage and knocking down enemies around him.

Another example: Ash’s shuriken

Kunai:

Rather than name every warframe and select an ability from each one in a day, id rather this concept to be a work in progress (WIP). If it were to become well noticed in the community, then of course with the help of the community, im sure we can come up with nice concepts for each warframe. =

Here are the rules.

Pick one power from your favorite warframe and how that power can be altered to two or three different powers. Make sure each one is believable and stays true to the warframes character. ULT abilities are to be left alone by fair game.

altering Chroma's elemental breath. (fashion frame fix concept) brought up by Shuuro and voltocitygel

to sum it up, Chroma can now change his element for all abilities depending on the element he chooses for his elemental breath during combat.

for example, if he chooses frost for his elemental breath, all other abilities will be frost.

four new color slots will be added to Chromas appearance menu, each one for each element energy color.

Solace Banish

limbo can banish any ally he targets.

Exiled Banish

limbo can banish any enemy he targets.

Aura Banish

Limbo can banish AOE effects by targeting enemies that do so. even if he is to target energy shields and eximus snowglobes.

Loki (WIP)

Loki will cloak himself as an enemy. enemies will mistake him as an eximus or heavy unit and gather around Loki as a fireing squad. if Loki attacks an enemy, all enemies will also attack the same target.

deception

loki cloaks an enemy with void energy, causing enemies around the target to panic and accuse said enemy of tenno contact.

Vauban throws a weighted bomb from his arsenal giving massive blast damage within a radius of impact. this will knock down enemies if hit.

Vauban throws a tactical gadget that temporarily stuns the enemy on impact with any surface.

Grapeshot:

Vauban throws Flechette grenades dealing instant slash damage to the enemy around the area of impact.

for obvious reasons Equinox, and Ivara are not included in the list, for they already have abilities that can be altered in creative ways.

 

I am open to any ideas or opinions on this concept. Each section could be filled out, but I may need participation from the community to make the process a lot faster than it would be with just myself.

Limbo's would be pretty obvious.  Switch to determine who gets banished, you, friend, enemy, or aoe.  This would open up his 2 and 4 for better/different abilities.

Chroma, delete his first ability.

First ability now allows you to switch between the 4 elements. Changing between elements will provide a small shock wave after a second of no more cycling, visually showing which element you've now chosen.

Hurrah. No more needing to ruin fashion frame because we're shoe horned into using certain elemental colors.

well....I have a very different idea. no warframes, but Archwings...yeah you heard me, the Elytron to be specific. instead of it's 1st just firing an normal missile, how about a variety of missiles, like EMP, a net (like vauba's Bastille)....etc

he could banish status effects such as eximus effects!

Valkyr: 

Shock Line: Valkyr spins her Rip Line in a circle around her. Enemies within a 5m Radius are dealt shock damage and stunned momentarily.

Fire Whip: Valkyr spins a flaming rip line, setting enemies within 5m ablaze for 5 seconds.

Razor Line: Rip Line spins in circles around Valkyr, Slash enemies within 5m with a 50% proc chance

Rip Line: Normal

 

Vauban:

Blast Grenades: 250 Blast damage and 100% knockdown proc within 5m

Flash Bang: Stagger and blind for 5 seconds to enemies within 5m

Grapeshot: Flechette style grenades that expel Shrapnel. 250 Slash damage within 5m, with 50% proc chance.

Tesla Grenade

 

Nova:

Neutron Beam: Nova focuses the power of her stars into a whitehot beam and blast enemies in front of her. Deals 50% Puncture and 50% Radiation with 5m punchthrough and 50% proc chance.

Neutron Field: Nova's stars stop spinning and connect to form a field around her with 500 effective HP. All damage dealt to Nova is negated until the field is destroyed.

Neutron Blast: Nova channels her energy into 200 Blast damage. Enemies within 2.5m suffer a Blast proc (100% chance). Enemies beyond between 2.5 and 5m suffer an Impact Proc (100% chance).

Neutron Stars: Normal

 

Ember/Frost/Volt:

First ability has three modes:

-Beam: Holding the Cast button down streams a steady beam of Heat/Frost/Shock at the cost of energy per second

-Charged Projectile: Hold down charges the shot, then fires on release. Energy is used to charge, causing extra damage.

-Bomb: Lobbed projectiles that can be tossed over cover and onto height

-Normal projectile as now

Possible, though I wouldn't remove it- just make it a hold to cast his first, tap to switch. Switch your energy color / element on the fly.

what if by switching to each element in elemental breath, all other abilities change with it.

per say, if you were to have ice equipped, all other abilities would become ice as well.

ill think moreover in the future.

i also love all of these suggestions.

in the future i would like to inform all who participate to not try so hard as to place stats to each ability.

you may do so if you wish, i just dont want each one to be difficult to balance.

 

all in all, im very thankful for all of the sudden support! when i have the time, more concepts will be added in each slot..

Yeah, that's what I was trying to say. This way we can use different elements for his 2 and 4 on the fly. Makes him more Diverse.

Could use a lightning element to get shields to charge armor for Vex armor. Then switch to Ice for tanking. Fire to heal allies. Toxin for when you have weapons that take forever to reload.

He has a huge as hell energy pool. Let's use it to the best of his ability.
