Question

so I am a little confused with the prime access.  with prime access you get the prime setup and platinum.  after that prime is rotated out, is that prime warframe gone from your inventory?  and do you get a new one every time a new one is released? or do you need to rebuy the prime access every time a new one hits?

Everytime a new prime access is out you have to buy it. and no your old prime access wont go away from your inventory

UNLESS* some items have expiry dates, like the exp and loot boost

Buying a Prime Access gives you the package you paid for (let's say the most expensive one).

That will give you (using the Trinity Prime Access as an example):
Trinity Prime. Duel Kamas Prime, Kavasa Kubrow Prime Collar, 3990 Platinum, Trinity Prime Profile Icons (that appear in-game and here, on the Forums), and you get the Naviga Prime Sugatra and Kavasa Kubrow Prime Armor cosmetics, along with a 90 Day Credit and Affinity Boosters.

After the 90 days, you still get to keep the Warframe, the Weapons and/or Gear, the Cosmetics and the Platinum, and the boosters will run out 90 days after your initial purchase.

When the new Prime Access comes out (using the most expensive Saryn Prime Access as an example), that will give you:
Saryn Prime, Nikana Prime, Spira Prime,  3990 Platinum, Saryn Prime Profile Icons (again, for in-game and Forum use), and you get the Cycuta Prime Syandana and Cycuta Prime Sigil cosmetics, along with a 90 Day Credit and Affinity Booster.

If you bought the Trinity Prime access, that would give you all that gear, but if you wanted the Saryn Prime Access, you would have to buy the Prime Access again. And if you buy it, you keep it forever (unless you manually sell it), or until time limited items (such as the Boosters) expire.
