Has anyone received the Medi Ray Mod

I'm looking for the stats of the mod, the wiki has nothing.

Medi-Ray and Execution Shells don't show up in the Codex for me... DE might have slipped up and added WIP versions of mod names to the list as well... or simply overlooked them and they didn't get added.

I read Medi-Ray wasnt even in the drop tables so DE scraped it. Its not in the game.

I have received 2 Medi-rays already, its fine mod but the heals are unreliable, even at max rank its 12% of your total health.

Executioner Shells mod is called Acid Shells in game for some reason. 

I did get 1 medi-ray mod after DE's patches.
