Spoiler When Eddard and company marches to liberate his sister, you can hear her scream after the battle ends. I think that perhaps she was giving birth to Jon snow. Thats not all. Since Bran's power was shown in the latest episode to realy involve some kind of time traveling. I think that the moment when Bran called out to Eddard and he heard him realy happened.
