Best all around arcane?

Alright, so my question is. What is the best all-around arcane, that can be used on almost any frame? I have yet to put an Arcane on my Telos syandanna, but I use it on a ton of my frames, So I wanted to get opinions on what would be the best all around arcane to use on it.

Arcane Energize...by quite a wide margin.

Because all frames need energy.

P.S. - don't you zenrik lovers chirp up.  You'll agree once DE nerfs that energy passive into the ground.

Considering I have over 20 arcane sets I have to give my nod to arcane energizer. Close second is arcane grace.

Does it also replenish your energy? When I looked it up on the Wiki it said " Replenish energy to nearby allies"

Everyone nearby including you. It can also double proc from I have read. Need to finish my second set to test it out. Btw, each arcane will cost you about 400p if you don't farm them.

Nice, but yea, I know the price. I will probably end up farming it with a bunch of speedrunning clanmates xD
