Uranus Junction Mission

This junction has a mission that asks you to close 3 Neo fissures.  Doesn't specify where but I've closed 3 Neo fissures and it's not counting my progress.  Anyone else that can confirm or deny this?

None of the Junction "Seal 3 X FISSURES" tasks appear to be working.  I've closed several of each type but the Phobos, Uranus, and Eris Junction tasks are all still at 0/3.

Uranus Junction craft a weapon of mastery rank 1 or higher didn't register for me. I built Silva & Aegis. I got the blueprint from my tenno lab.(If I built the wrong weapon someone please tell me)

I'm following this topic because I noticed I couldn't place drones on Eris, so I tried to fulfill the junction objectives and the Meso fissures I've closed never counted.

I also noticed that it seems you can't actually start a junction objective until you visit said junction. Not sure if this is intentional, but as XshaX mentioned, if there's are crafting objectives for junctions a player hasn't been to, that's going to be a pain. It seems objectives like this should be retroactive to owners of weapons that meet whatever MR requirement for crafting.
