They are appearing frequently and have even gotten to the point of login me out. (Fellow clan members are experiencing the same. We live in different parts of the world) Is this the server experiencing lag spikes, or some other sort of glitch? I also don't remember ever seeing these messages before, so I take it they were implemented with this update. Which is a good thing, since I can actually tell whenever is it the game and not me who's lagging. But seeing it every 2-5 minutes can't really be a good thing, can it? I know this update needs a lot of polishing, and I'm sure this will get fixed if it needs to.
