Very low FPS in first 10-15 seconds of a mission

Ever since the Specters of the Rail update, I've been getting very low FPS rates for a short time when starting/joining a mission. And I mean any mission, be it PvE, Archwing, Conclave, Lunaro, Relays, or Dojo.

Anyone else experienced this? If so, know of any workarounds, or is it just purely on DE's end?

Optimize game cache.

Sounds like the game is being a bit slow loading all the resources for the mission on spawn/mission join.

I've experienced this as well, I disabled 64-bit, optimized the cache and set most of the settings to low.

Stable again for me.

It's an option in the Launcher (click the gear).
