I'm going full ninja on my Ash prime and I have him using the Dread dispair and karyst with covert lethality.

what I really want to know is what bow?

They're all pretty good. It depends on what you're going for.

• The Dread has better redcrit potential, good scaling with slash procs, and its high slash ratio means it's probably the best option in a full CP squad.
• The Rakta Cernos is very fast, deals a ton of damage (despite its high impact ratio), and has good scaling/utility with the syndicate proc. However, the syndicate proc also means it performs poorly in stealth.
• The Paris Prime is simply best for solo stealth against armored enemies. It also looks totally rad with the Abra skin... if you have it, that is.

Thematically, the Rakta Cernos is probably the most fitting. It is from the assassin syndicate after all. (Plus the viral procs would synergize well with Ash's bleed procs.)

I'd say Rakta Cernos. Lots of dmg and super fast. You can menage the syndacate proc by just swtching to secondary weap when doing stealth, so you're always sure it won't explode at the worst time.

if you are going stealth, dread. Paris P if you go against very high armored targets.

^^This.  If you have Mastery Rank of 12, then Rakta Cernos all day every day.  Dread if you're aren't MR 12 and can't get the Rakta.

Paris Prime's only advantage is puncture damage. This is a reasonable advantage because you can make a build good against both Grineer armor types using Puncture+Cold or Puncture+Radiation and still have room for a lot of crit mods. Using this for Grineer lets you get an acceptable amount of damage for "normal" levels (up to ??-45 alerts?) even while using multiple utility mods like Arrow Mutation or Anemic Agility. It won't do anything that Dread can't do, but it can do the some things faster/easier.

Dread does the most damage has the highest red crit chance and slash is ideal for 4xCP groups. It's your ideal weapon for pushing the limits of what the bow headshots can one shot in a 4xCP group.

Rakta Cernos at first looks inferior to dread for 4xCP headshot builds but the proc for Red Veil applies viral meaning you're shooting at enemies that already have viral on them. In a 4xCP group that viral proc's 1,000 damage will also blow away Grineer or Corrupted to surprisingly high levels. It's base firing rate is also much higher if you're running a full damage build and don't want to drop a mod for firing rate. A Rakta Cernos headshot build going for heavy units and Eximus units with heads is the ideal pick for endless IMO.

Ash has higher slash status chance and duration.  That will pair very well with the dread, but if you are using karyst with covert lethality, I assume you are probably using fatal teleport as well? That will probably be more reliable than a bow.  Use whichever you think looks the best if this is the case.

Status damage and duration. Not chance. He makes a good point though. Dread red crits that also slash proc are devastating to hard targets. I killed the Jackal through it's shields with just one proc off a Dread one time just for fun, but that was a whole dedicated build including Heavy Caliber. Right now I wouldn't really use a dread proc build for anything but who knows what might happen in the future.
