Feed it to a MOA to make a SUPER MOA that'll gratefully fight alongside you and slay corpus crewmen for enslaving his people.

Then he'll be a symbol for his whole specie and start the revolution of MOAs, they'll then fight alongside you to ruin the corpus, destroy the grineer empire and clean the infestation from the universe

It opens the door on the walkway directly above the place you insert it.  You don't get much for doing though.  I think there's two or three lockers that might not be locked on the other side and that's it.
