Try to have everyone using Corrosive Projection, and possibly Coaction Drift if possible.

The Jordas Golem has Sinew health and Ferrite armor.  Corrosive and Puncture damage will do wonders for helping you out.  If you run 4x CP or inflict enough corrosive procs to remove his armor, switch to Radiation for your element (puncture damage is still good though).

Beware the mutalist ospreys he releases!  The electric ones, in particular, do huge amounts of damage very quickly, and coupled with the Jordas Golem's own attacks, can down you fast and make picking up downed players difficult.  Someone should be on dedicated osprey-clearing duty at all times, if you don't think you can finish the fight quickly.

The Grattler, especially modded for crit as well as elemental damage, and fired through the Odonata's shield, can deal damage to the Jordas Golem extremely quickly.  Its limited range isn't a problem, since the best place to attack the Golem is directly behind it.  I've heard good things about particularly well-modded Velocitus in this fight, but I can't personally recommend it as I've never used it.  If you're on Osprey-cleaning duty, the Fluctus, Imperator or Phaedra will probably serve you better as they're hitscan weapons that can easily fight from long range, where the Ospreys can't retaliate easily.

Above all, the Jordas Golem is a bullet sponge.  With 20,000 base HP to chew through, this fight's probably going to go on for a while.  Having someone with an Amesha prepared to support the team will do wonders for keeping you alive.  Make regular use of the Odonata's shield if you're using that wing - it'll do wonders for blocking stray shots from the ospreys and shooting through it improves your damage.  Itzal is great for this mission thanks to its ability to shed Osprey aggro with its invisibility and its high speed lets you chase the Jordas Golem easier (it's suprisingly fast for something so massive!)

Corrosive Damage and Corrosive Projection, if you have 4x Corrosive Projection switch to Radiation Damage.

Odonata's Energy Shell Doubles Crit damage and adds additional fire damage. Combined with a high crit weapon built for crits like the Grattler or Velocitus, this can drastically bring down Jordas Golem.

Basically, Jordas is a level 40-50 boss, like Keyla de Thaym or Tyl Regor, and if you are using max level weapons and archwings with mods you will have an easy time, but if you are using level 6 weapons and mods with no potatoes and fewer mods, it will be hard. Tyl Regor is just as hard if all you have is a level 12 Excalibur and an unmodded Braton.
