Gifting tennogen possible?

Hey Bros if you could just help me out.
I have purchased some tennogen stuff before but I don't have access to the game right now so I can't remember if I'm able to gift tennogen stuff or not.
If I can then, would I be able to gift it even if they are not running WF through Steam directly? (I'm taking about stand-alone version)
or how does that work?

You can't gift it at all and you can't give it to the standalone.

I wonder if it's possible on console because plat is used to get tennogen instead of money.

i think you can gift steam wallet money, which is the closest thing you can do.
