I dont have her yet, but it is still using the running mechanic, its just her animation set that makes her look like shes floating, so technically yes.

if you mean on Razorwing, I'm not sure, though I think it should work.

No, you won't, i've tested it after her release. Not even skills that boost movement speed are boosting her.

Rushing things only means you get things earlier.

If you mean Titania can fly without Razorwing enabled, no. That's her animset (which goes well on most, if not all, frames).

If you mean Titania flies faster if rushed via Foundry, no. That's never been the case.

If you mean Titania's Razorwing is effective or not, I can say that it's quite neat when paired with other powers which disrupt opponents.

I.E: Got that one Bombard you want out of the way? Make it a Lantern.

I'm curious about the event mod aviator, for the 20% damage reduction.

I never cared enough to find out if it works.

Does that mean the hobbled key will have no negative effects while in razorwing?  She's still in my foundry so I can't test yet.
