0 Replacement
I don't have a video to post for evidence, but my testing indicates that attack speed doesn't affect charge speed. I noticed Berserker's speed benefit didn't seem to be upping my charge speed on magistar, so I grabbed Volt. Popping speed boost, plus max berserker: charge time seemed identical to using it "cold." That said, I didn't test Fury itself. I can't imagine it's different, unless charge time references some "base speed" value that the above effects do not affect. 0 Naftal
It only increases the charge speed of throwing melees and gunblades. It does affect the swing speed of any swings in the charge attacks on other weapons, but not the actual charge speed.

Fury only affects the speed of the charge attack when it is executed, not the actual charge time. Reflex Coil actually used to be a mod for increasing charge speed before channeling was introduced while Fury was just for general attack speed but its still counted as two different things even now. 0 Bipp
As others have said, Fury does. Berserker, funnily enough, along with Warcry and Speed, don't, for some reason. edit: just remembered; someone told me it was to do with the fact that Berserker and Fury give a different kind of multiplier or something? Not sure. Edited September 27, 2016 by Keybopsef
