Vauban vortex - range max bug ?

Ok so i have a problem with my vauban. When i build clear power range/duration build-mod, stats in game for VORTEX abbi said this : Abbilty radius - 8.2, Power duration 27.6. BUT ! When I make same build on warframe-builder web (link: https://goo.gl/xrnHxh), stats of Vortex abbi are: Abbility radius - 15.9, Power duration 27.6.

So my q is where is true ? couse swear i god 1 week before, my Vortex had bigger range like now  without changing any mods.

Did you use forma? Is your vortex max rank?

EDIT: Nvm range doesn't increase with ranks, only duration does.

EDIT2: Apparently Vortex uses only a square root of your +power range. I don't know when this change has happened but Warframe builder hasn't been updated for this.

Well that is great and now is all vauban totaly usless, only if some1 go on 3th Abbility ... THX DE ! again
 

And I really wana see that patch note or change couse i cant find any word about it.

AFAIK, Range has always had a diminished effect on Vortex pull range. *shrug*

Bastille spam is where it's at, anyway :P

Looking back at wiki history, it seems like there's been a long discussion on what the exact formula for Vortex range is. This makes me think that it's been like this since they reduced its base range and made power range mods work on it.

I don't think there was a nerf.

vortex is effected by  power too.. if u have bad power.. no matter of range will work  pretty poor

If you're talking about strength, it only affects Vortex damage. Maybe you're thinking of Bastille which has a target cap that's affected by str.

vortex pull power is effected by strenght too....

Got any source for this? It works the same for me with any str amount.

Ability tab ingame or wiki doesn't say anything about this either.

Ok so can some1 told me what is max range on Vortex, couse builder is unupdated, warframe wiki same bullS#&$ (14 +-m) and ingame stats with 9,2m/ +135% power range.
