Buzlok and negative flight speed

Tricky emergency here.

So I got the following mod on the left for the Buzlok, and with a reroll I got the one on the right.

While instinctively I would say that the left one would be the better one, there is a huge caveat: at max, the flight speed penalty would become more than -100%. I presume this would cause the weapon to not function at all, as Buzlok uses projectile bolts. I should thus choose the one on the right.

If anyone could give me input and confirm my judgment, that'd be great.

send one is way better...negative velocity  would effect pretty bad any wepon

It should be -99.9% so unless the game rounds it to -100% it should still work but how exactly will it perform is beyond me.

I would personally take the one on the right with 18.8% multishot (169.2% at max rank!!).

Yes, you should pick the one with + flight speed.

Or keep the first one and have laughs at how badly it's broken.

maybe you can lay mines with it? :D Shoot, 0.01% flightspeed => stays in air => waits for enemys to run into :D

Yeah, with calculations it's -99.9%, but oddly enough the UI shows it as ~-101% when I tried to max it earlier. 

Seems like the mod on the right is the right one to pick I guess? Thanks lads.

-100% flight speed, you should pick that up just for science. What if it will fire backwards at you?

I'd like to see negative damage and negative flight speed riven - just imagine, bullets will fly back to you and heal your warframe.
