If a marked enemy is killed by a squad mate, you will get the energy back. Marks made while invisible by any source will have a cheaper base cost (10). Presently my marking cost is 3.75, invisible marking cost is 2.5, which the number is in red. I have both fleeting expertise and streamline mods on... just wonder how do I further bring the cost down.

Just confused with the red numbers because red numbers usually means it is bad but now already low yet still in red lol
0 Endorphinz
Red does mean that it's a negative aspect. Not sure why though, I'd better test it out myself.

Press 4 first and run around, mark every enemy quickly and press 4 again. Just a little inconvenience but pretty much the same BS. No difference if BS marking cannot be cancelled if wrongly marked an ally during radiation proc. lol

No, it will only kill marked enemies... and you are only able to mark enemies if you can see them.
