Armor Question

I play a max armor Valkyr, Valkyr Prime now, and since Valkyr Prime came out I have been taking more damage than usual. Has anyone else noticed this trend? According to the math I should have almost 90% damage soak but I'm getting my health chopped up my level 30-40 mobs as if they were Sortie 3 mobs.

Test it, go into your simulacrum and, using the same build, spawn identical enemies at adentical levels for both frames and record the impact on your health.  Enemy accuracy is a factor, so ensure you remain still in the same spot both times.

I've been seeing intermittent reports of this, but I've not experienced it myself, personally. My Valkyr Prime feels pretty much the same as my Valkyr.

Go into Simulacrum, Spawn a lvl 1 Bombard. They do 65 damage per shot. You can verify this on your Shields since it's a very defined attack.

Let them hit you until your shields drop and see what you take in HP. With 90% mitigation they should do 6-7 damage.

EDIT: Make sure to verify your armor amount too. 90% mitigation takes just about every Defensive mod + Power for Valkyr to reach.
