Relentless Combination + Maiming Strike + Blood Rush

Shouldn't these three mods allow Telos Boltace's slide attack passive to hit red crits? It currently doesn't.

Update: The AoE is designed that even if the TB gets its counter combo up, Blood Rush won't work on it.

It could always hit red-crits, as far as I know. You just need to build up your combo enough.

I could be wrong though. I haven't tested it for myself.

it means that for every time a slash proc (applied by a melee) deals damage it is as if you had hit an enemy with a melee attack increasing your combo counter by 1

That's what I thought it did. Just their wording here is a bit faulty.

well the idea is when you have a lower ranked mod it only adds a part of a combo count

part of a combo count?  no, i think you mean it has a CHANCE to add a combo count when not max rank.  You won't be gaining fractions of hits on your combo counter with this.
