The simple effective health calculation for armor is

  • [health effective health] = [health] x (1 + [armor] / 300)

Quick Thinking adds

  • [Quick Thinking effective health] = [energy max] x (1 + [armor] / 300) x [Quick Thinking efficiency]

Shields obviously add

  • [shield effective health] = [shield]

Then add all of those together where applicable (obviously if you aren't using Quick Thinking, you don't include that, and Inaros obviously doesn't have shields).

If there are non-armor damage reduction effects, apply those as applicable by dividing by (1 - [damage reduction]). For damage reduction close to 100%, use as many decimal points as you can get because those do matter.

Things get more complicated if you care to account for how incoming damage types are affected by your armor type. Refer to the wiki for the precise calculations if you care about them.

You'll find most of the information you need here.

Oh.. just to skip a step. Quick Thinking functions as 58.333% mitigation which is applied before armor. So you need to calculate the eHP of your energy through Quick Thinking's mitigation and then apply that result to your armor mitigation for the total eHP that your energy provides.

Just as an example if you have Valkyr Prime's base energy value of 225 with QT you would take 225 / (1 -  0.58333) = 539.96 then base armor of 700 is 700 / (700 + 300) = 0.7for 70% mitigation apply 539.96 / ( 1 - 0.7) = 1,799.86 eHP
