Reseting acc

I was wonding how i contact the development team to have my acc reset

Can you even reset an account ? Never heard you could. There's a support section on the website, they might be able to help you.

That said, I'm curious why you want a reset. I'm guessing it's because you don't like your starter frame and starter weapons... In that case, keep in mind starter weapons are prettty much garbage you'll end up replacing as soon as possible anyway. For frames, well, you're kinda stuck with your starter for a while, but you can still get new frames quite easyly and fast. Volt can be gotten from a clan dojo, mag is pretty early on the starchart, but sadly excalibur is relatively far in the starchart... Chances are you get get a second frame you like better quite fast if you really hate the frame you chose. That said, all three starter frames are pretty cool, honestly.

In the worse case scenario, it's possible to create a new user on your PS4 and start from scratch on said account.

Question, though: Why would you need your account reset? If there's an issue, you may be better off working it out than outright resetting your account.
