TasteVengence Posted February 9, 2017 Share Posted February 9, 2017 So i was wondering are the stats on that mod set in stone and not ment to change (unless you reroll it) IE: i have a Tiberon Riven that gives +95% on Toxic + Electric and +30% faster reload now if the Tiberon goes from being "Strong" to "Neutral" dose that riven actually get nerfed to the ground say it becomes +60% Toxic and Electric and only +15% faster reload or dose it get slightly lowered say +90% Toxic + Electric and +25% faster reload Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't think the stats will change. I think there's a background multiplier that changes, but who knows. Its not like the info on Rivens is very clear.
