I don't know about you, but I can't play five Warframes at a time, so him being outclassed in some areas by specific Warframes that don't cover all those areas at once is a bit moot. I actually use it for a silver tone when I don't want to deal with people giving me crap for having excal prime. BUT you can totally make Faux Prime Excal's. Here's some in the vein of Faux Prime Excal's I've made.
