Acolytes and common decency

Man, if I'm going to farm these whispering jerks they should at least have the decency to appear. I'm guessing the damage or timer or whatever runs out during the mission and ::poof:: the acolyte is off to wherever next. If someone starts the mission before s/he is on the move, s/he should spawn. It's bad enough how many of these crap missions we have to farm, but to get no spawn even?

they spawn if you find out it's tileset

if you don't walk the entire mission, you won't find them with 100% chances

What does walking the entire mission entail?

I did 4 rounds of an interception with no spawn. Just ran a exterminate with no spawn.

They spawn in one of the rooms on the map.

If you start the mission while their are on the node, they will be present there until you finish the mission, it can't expire while you do it.

Yeah, I ran a couple that didn't show, and I realized afterwards we musta just not hit every room.

It is also possible for them to change location while the countdown timer is going, in which case they won't appear.

They need to expand the spawn detection radius and add a timer, if it doesn't appear in five min the acolyte spawns next to the host.

this is possible, which is why DE should put something at the beginning like Ordis saying he detects one on the node (just like silmaris) so you know you didn't screw up.
