Corpus Ice Planet Excavation Spawn Issues Still There

I have been waiting for something-- anything-- to spawn in and either destroy these or give me batteries and neither has happened for ages now. Surely this isn't intended.

To make matters worse, I posted this and then ran to the other side of the map.

The one pictured in the previous post gets destroyed and these two are still not even close to being touched.

EDIT: And, for some reason, there's no extra excavators spawning.

Sadly, this can happen. I guess you should just sit back and twiddle your thumbs, or quit, I guess.

I remember this happened to me on Excav Sortie. I found a SINGLE Elite crewman hiding behind a crate on a remote room. So I did the logical thing and divekicked him back to where the excavators where, then waiting for him to destroy them. I collected all required Cryotic that way.

Yup, I still encounter this.  In regular missions, alerts and sorties.

This is why I'm so glad that for sorties they reduced the amount from 1000 to 500. When it takes you an hour to dig up 1000 cryotic, something is seriously wrong.

Solo excavation mainly, but can happen with a pair too.

Also happens on fissure excavations, although fissures can help a little by spawning extra mobs.

Seen it mostly on Europa ice/crashed corpus tileset, but also on earth jungle and mars desert tilesets.
