I can't build the aksomati

Im trying to build the aksomati and i have akstilleto,200 cryotic,and a orokin cell but when i go to the foundry and try to build it it tells me "not enough components" is there something else i need? Is it a glitch? Please help me understand whats wrong with it.

Are you MR6 or higher?  It's mastery locked, but other than that I can't think of why you can't build it.

Also make sure you have at least one more secondary. If the Akstilleto are your only Secondary in your Inventory, you will not be able to make the Aksomati.
