I allready got chroma once but i sold him... Now i want a chroma do i need to buy it or is there a way to get it?

You can either obtain Chroma's parts via The New Strange or the Junctions.

Not that i would've ever needet this but one can replay quests... Wouldn't repeating the quest reward the loot again?

depends if you had gotten chroma from the new strange quest before the star chart changed to were he was gained from junctions if so you will have 2nd set of chroma bps to get.

if your are player after the star chart changed then will have to buy him but DE might return your chroma but would most likely be without anything reactor or exlius adaptor in it.

DE might not return it to you if you didn't accidentally sell it along with you having full warframe slots as would kinda be seen as you trying to cheat the system. not saying just making sure you would understand some reasons they might not
