Raw damage is better than multishot on nearly everything because a raw damage stat always increases your damage. Multishot offers a chance to increase your damage, and in the case of the first listed riven, that would be a 69% extra chance to deal double damage. The second Riven has you doing 169% damage for every shot, guaranteed. Status chance is also awesome on Zhuge because it's a great status weapon.
