I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

  • Rounds are on Wednesdays
    • Everyone gets one, if I can.
    • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
    • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
    • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
  • No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
  • If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
  • Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
  • "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
  • I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

  • Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
  • Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
  • Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

Of course, this still leaves the question of length...

Be that as it may, I would greatly appreciate hearing this tune in any shape or form!

It's got a short repeating theme that repeats and has the right range.  The problem is it's in 6/8 time.  I can kind of smash it into the Mandachord, but it's gonna sound weird.

You realize the Mandachord only has five notes from the pentatonic scale, right?  There's a reason the "Classical Music" section of my list is very small and mostly crap.  I ended up going through your whole list pretty quickly and found nothing I can even come close on.  You need an 'Ode To Joy' level of simplicity to even have a chance, which doesn't seem to be your style.

 The section i would like to see is anywhere from the 0:14 seconds mark until around the 0:20 seconds mark.

At first, all I want was a good song with enough epic feeling, like a boss fight BGM, to use as my battle march, and also practical enough for gaining buff and dealing drum Dmg. (If it is possible, I want the Melody to be easy for other players to get the Dmg buff even they dont know how)
After reading your guide, I've tried writing the Mandachord myself with many songs that seems good at both. But I ended up frying my brain, and none of my songs work (Even Can-can for meme and ironic purpose).

 

There are many song I want to request, but I dont want it to be too much, so I start with only my most wanted one. 
I may ask for more, but maybe later, after 2 wks.
