1 pellet has many procs, how does this happen?

I think the question relates to this 1096 damage (bottom left for example) that proc'd 5 statuses (Impact Puncture Slash Cold and Corrosive). That is indeed quite impressive

UI Error.
One bullet/pellet can proc a max of two different statuses.
It's more likely that the other bullets/pellets around had procs and the UI simply clumped them all together.

Eh, this happens often with any weapon with multiple damage types and good status chance? what is special?

A khom with hell's chamber fires 26 pellets. Each pellet can proc a status twice. That result is normal.
