Can The Covenant Syandana Hoodie, be used?

I'm going to guess the Covenant Syandana can't be pulled down like the Operator Hoods can right?, cuz that would be far too complicated for Warframe. AM I right?

Or can it?, I've not bought it yet, due to I need to know this question

It would not be possible for 2 reasons :

• The model ins not made to allow movement, the hood sculpt has cloth fold that would look bad when moved.
• Warframes have different head shape and it would be impossible on most of helmets. Imagine how it would clip with Nyx prime helmet.
