So after a few re-rolls i ended up with this. I'm not the best in terms of pricing as i find with riven's you can set them to whatever you want. So Im looking for some of advice on how much to go about listing for, as i dont use the dread nor am near the MR to use it. Thanks!

No negative stat and status instead of multishot or main damage. Very mediocre.

It's good considering what it is for. The status chance is pretty useless though for dread since the point most of the time is one shot one kill for it. Damage or Multi in it's place would be great but the chance of getting that is pretty slim. I would use it but keep rolling it to try and get something better than stat chance

You aren't going to mod a Dread for status though, 20% base isn't worth it. 

Dread is primarily a crit weapon.

No negative stat that doesn't hurt it means it could be better. Status isn't really going to make that much difference here. 

I would say it's above average but it's not amazing.
